Our home base is Rockford and the surrounding Winnebago and Boone County towns. Conventional and other owner-occupied financing is originated in Illinois, where we hold our license. DSCR and non-QM loans on investment property are business purpose lending, and those we place nationwide, subject to the rules of the state the property sits in. Most files run remotely, with a single closing at a title company near the property.
